The quality and range of products available is first class. Our 220 staff are incredibly particular over their beverages and we spoil them with a wide selection of teas, coffees, chocolate and speciality drinks together with fresh milk. It has to be said that Novae have found the machines to be very reliable. On the rare occasion that a machine is out of service, the exceptionally reliable helpline can often talk us through making our own repair without calling out an engineer. If an engineer has to call, then this is actioned speedily and the engineers that I have met have been superb in repairing any fault quickly. Consumables are always delivered accurately and on the next working day. Brilliant.
Last year I undertook a "bench-marking" price comparison between MARS Drinks and two other well known service providers. I found that the quality and range of MARS products not to be available elsewhere and the MARS prices proved to be competitive.Lee Thurston, Office Manager
