By carefully protecting the ingredients from oxygen, moisture and light when our Fresh Packs are sealed, each drink retains the integrity and aroma of the flavours inside. A standard FLAVIA coffee drink, such as our Smooth Roast, contains 58 carefully roasted and ground coffee beans, all sealed in to preserve freshness and flavour.

Hot water unlocks the sealed Fresh Pack, releasing the aromatic ingredients brewing inside. As the ideal brewing temperature for coffee beans is quite different to that required for tea leaves, the FRESH RELEASE system recognises the difference.
